When the World Lay Before Me !

I was drowned in the ocean,

Or at times fighting Greek battles.

I was flying in the sky,

Or at times was in a tunnel full of parasites.

Deep down I was in a place full of racks,

I met some nasty little brats,

And had a nice chit-chat with rats.

Those talking little fairies,

Stole my dreams and memories,

That dark, deep well; opened into field of strawberries

I went from Mars to Saturn,

And from America to Australia in a jiffy,

I travelled the whole world,

By just flipping and turning,

Some pale, crinkled stuff.

Ask me about the most famous painting in the world history,

And I'll open for you an art gallery.

The whole world of science, history and other varieties,

Lay all around me,

I was sitting in a place full of unravelled mysteries.

The place holds the power,

To turn the throne of many,

I was wandering through,

The shelves of a library.
