The Moon

The pearly white moon,

Comes to my room,

In the night by my window it broods,

And uplifts my mood.

It dazzles in my eyes,

And its glow is divine.

But all the time I think,

How it shrinks in size?

And swells up again every night.

My smile widens,

As its light in my room brightens, Sometimes my dreams are terrified,

When it vanishes at times.

This mysterious moony is my friend,

Which comes when the day ends.

And fills the villainous night,

With it's heroic might.
