"Happiness is not something readymade; it comes from your own actions." - Dalai Lama
In the world of materialistic attachment what we all crave is nothing but a glint of happiness and soul complacency. But often we struggle to attain the feat. All happiness has dwindled to, is about being better employed, a reasonable lifestyle and society value.
While we grapple to get this there are people who find happiness in actions of purity. In the smallest things of life, in spreading unconditional love and empathy towards people. As far as your optimistic initiatives define happiness there is nothing more pleasant than that.
Happiness can scatter a thousand sorrows and with this, in mind, people indulge themselves in laughter therapy and in fact there is no medicine better than happiness to treat several diseases and mental stress. Even the foremost advice from a medical practitioner for any disease is about staying happy as it rejuvenates our cells to heal faster.
Happiness is one of a kind emotion that would never bring harm to you. Whose very impact can transform a million difficult situations into zestful opportunities. Happiness is indeed the ingredient of beauty and satisfaction in our life.
