On this International Tiger Day let's all kill the thought of killing animals.

Hiding in long bushes, The creature with vivid stripes. Roars and walks carefree, Enjoying his forest life. Don't shoot and kill it, The tiger is our nation's pride. Protect the beauty, Of animals with vivid stripes. It's skin is soft, Let it blend in nature, Don't poach it down, Let it's grace survive. Don't hunt the innocent, Who silently stays in the forest. Let it thrive, Let the animal, With vivid stripes survive. Look into its eyes, Which used to yell the courage, And the finest days of his life. Now they are filled, With sorrow and terror, Of getting killed tonight. He naturally moved, Around the river streams, Lazing in the sun. But now he keeps a track, Of camouflaged hunters. His stride, Is now low, As he fears, The daylight criminals Which won't let it survive. The fierce animal, Now looks upon you, Asking for sympathy, He begs for life The creature with vivid stripes.
